Required work experience: От 1 года до 3 лет
Обязанности:
Выполнение плана продаж телекоммуникационных услуг для сегмента SME (малый и средний бизнес).
Активный поиск новых клиентов в сегменте SME через холодные звонки, базы данных, выездные встречи, участие в выставках и мероприятиях.
Проведение встреч и переговоров с представителями компаний, включая лиц, принимающих решения (ЛПР).
Выявление потребностей клиентов и разработка индивидуальных коммерческих предложений.
Презентация продуктов и услуг компании (интернет, телефония, IP-VPN, облачные решения и др.) с акцентом на их преимущества для бизнеса клиента.
Заключение договоров с клиентами, оформление необходимых документов и сопровождение сделок.
Удержание и развитие существующей клиентской базы, выстраивание долгосрочных партнерских отношений.
Ведение отчетности по продажам, клиентской базе и выполнению KPI в CRM-системе.
Участие в тендерах, подготовка тендерной документации и коммерческих предложений.
Требования:
Образование: - Высшее образование (предпочтительно в области маркетинга, экономики, управления бизнесом, продаж или телекоммуникаций).
Опыт работы: - Опыт работы в активных продажах от 2 лет (желательно в сфере телекоммуникаций, IT или B2B).
Условия:
Официальное трудоустройство;
График 5/2 с 8:30 до 17:30;
28 календарных дней отпуска в году;
Регулярные премии;
Материальная помощь по памятным событиям;
Материальная помощь к отпуску;
ДМС после испытательного срока.
